CONAKRY- La Délégation syndicale de la Banque centrale de la République de Guinée (BCRG), a annoncé ce mercredi 12 août, la suspension de son préavis de grève. Ledit préavis devait prend effet à compter du lundi 10 août et courir jusqu’au jeudi 20 août 2026. Cependant, la délégation syndicale informe à travers une note parvenue à Africaguinee.com, qu’à la suite d’une « demande formulée par la FESABAG et l’USTG”, elle a décidé de suspendre le préavis de grève couvrant la période indiquée ci-dessus. Selon le Syndicat, cette décision s’inscrit dans une “démarche privilégiant le dialogue, la concertation et la recherche de solutions aux préoccupations légitimes” des travailleurs. La Délégation syndicale ajoute qu’elle reste “attentive” à l’évolution des discussions et aux engagements qui seront pris dans ce cadre. የውጭ ዜጎች የመኖሪያ ቤት ባለቤት የሚሆኑበትን አሠራር ለመወሰን ከወጣው ሕግ በተቃራኒ፣ የውጭ ዜጋን ወይም ድርጅትን የቤት ባለቤት በሚያደርጉ ግለሰቦች ላይ ቅጣት የሚጥል መመርያ ወጣ፡፡ በከተማና መሠረተ ልማት ሚኒስቴር ባለፈው ዓመት በፓርላማ የፀደቀው አዋጅ መሠረት፣ የውጭ አገር ዜጎች የመኖሪያ ቤት ባለቤት የሚሆኑበትን አሠራር ለመወሰን የሚያገለግል ማስፈጻሚያ መመርያ ሰሞኑን ይፋ አድርጓል፡፡ በመመርያው መሠረት አንድ የውጭ አገር ዜጋ ወይም ድርጅት የሚፈለግበትን ቅድመ ሁኔታ አለመሟላቱን ወይም ፈቃድ አለመሰጠቱን እያወቀ ወይም ማወቅ ሲገባው፣ የመኖሪያ ቤት ባለቤት ወይም የመሥሪያ ቦታ ባለይዞታ እንዲሆን ያደረገ፣ የፈቀደ፣ የረዳ ወይም የተባበረ ማንኛውም ሰው ከ30 ሺሕ እስከ 50 ሺሕ ይቀጣል፡፡ አንድ የውጭ አገር ዜጋ የመኖሪያ ቤት ባለቤት ለመሆን የሚያስችል ፈቃድ ከሚኒስቴሩ ለማግኘት የፀና ፓስፖርት፣ ጥያቄው በአካል የሚቀርብ ከሆነ ደግሞ የፀና የጉዞ ሰነድ፣ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ ለመግባት ቪዛ ለሚያስፈልጋቸው አገሮች ዜጎች የፀና የመግቢያ ቪዛ፣ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ እየኖረ ካለ የፀና ቋሚ የመኖሪያ ፈቃድ፣ እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ የጤና የምስክር ወረቀት፣ የቱሪስት ወይም የትራንዚት ቪዛ፣ የጉዞ ትኬትና የመዳረሻ አገር ቪዛ ማቅረብ ይጠይቃል፡፡ ፈቃድ ጠያቂው የመኖሪያ ቤት ባለቤት...
