Dans le cadre du démarrage des travaux du Projet d’extension et de réhabilitation du réseau d’assainissement de Djibouti (PERRAD), les habitants du quartier 5 de la commune de Boulaos ont été conviés, hier, à une vaste séance de sensibilisation organisée au siège de l’Union Nationale des Femmes Djiboutiennes. Entre explications techniques, prévention des risques et dialogue communautaire, cette rencontre marque le début d’une campagne de proximité destinée à préparer les riverains à l’un des plus importants chantiers d’assainissement urbain engagés dans la capitale. Dans la salle de conférence du siège de l’Union Nationale des Femmes Djiboutiennes, l’atmosphère était studieuse mais empreinte d’écoute et de dialogue.
