Южной Осетии будет передано 30 единиц строительной техники Председатель Правительства РЮО Сослан Маргиев провёл совещание в формате видеоконференцсвязи с представителями мэрии Москвы, сообщает пресс-служба Правительства. С югоосетинской стороны в совещании приняли участие первый заместитель Председателя Правительства Екатерина Толстикова, заместитель Председателя Правительства Ацамаз Кабисов, министр финансов Инна Дзудцова, исполняющий обязанности министра строительства Заур Чочиев, глава администрации г. Цхинвала Алан Габараев. Стороны обсудили договорённости, достигнутые в ходе встречи Президента Республики Южная Осетия Марата Камболова с мэром Москвы Сергеем Собяниным. Они касаются передачи республике строительной техники, а также обновления спортивных площадок и скверов. Участники совещания подробно рассмотрели порядок доставки в Южную Осетию 30 единиц строительной техники. Эта поставка станет первой партией в рамках достигнутых договорённостей. Marienholmi arenduse tõttu on sel Haapsalu poolsaarel maa hind nelja aastaga enam kui kahekordistunud. Malle-Liisa Raigla Maa korralise hindamise järgi on Eesti maa koguväärtus nelja aastaga kasvanud 33 protsenti, Läänemaal on kasv olnud märksa kiirem. Nelja aastaga on Läänemaa maa hind kasvanud 42,1 protsenti. Seda edestab vaid Raplamaa 43,2 protsendiga. Maa korralisest hindamisega määratud maa väärtus on alus maamaksu tasumisel. „Maa väärtust mõjutavad eelkõige asukoht ja kasutusvõimalused. Kõige suuremad muutused ilmnevad sageli piirkondades, kus varasemast hoonestamata alast on kujunenud uus elukeskkond,” ütles maa- ja ruumiameti maa hindamise osakonna juhataja Marje Kolmar-Grüner pressiteates. Artikkel jätkub peale reklaami Nii on näiteks Marienholmil asuvate kruntide hind nelja aastaga tõusnud enam kui kahekordseks.
