ከ15 በላይ በሚሆኑ ድርጅቶች ላይ ሕጋዊ ዕርምጃ መወሰዱ ተገልጿል በኢትዮጵያ የሚገኙ አብዛኛዎቹ የኦዲት ተቋማት ከስታንዳርድ በታች እየሠሩ መሆናቸው በኦዲት ጥራት ግምገማ ማረጋገጡን፣ የኢትዮጵያ ሒሳብ አያያዝና ኦዲት ቦርድ አስታወቀ፡፡ ቦርዱ ባለፉት አራት ዓመታት በ190 የኦዲት ድርጅቶች ላይ ያካሄደውን የጥራት የግምገማ ሪፖርት፣ ነሐሴ 4 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. የተለያዩ ኦዲት ድርጅቶችና ሌሎች ባለድርሻ አካላት ባሉበት ባካሄደው አገር አቀፍ ኮንፈረንስ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ይፋ አድርጓል። የኢትዮጵያ ሒሳብ አያያዝና ኦዲት ቦርድ ምክትል ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ፍቃዱ አጎናፍር፣ በቦርዱ ተመዝግበው አገልግሎት እየሰጡ ከሚገኙ 231 ከሚደርሱ የኦዲት ድርጅቶች ውስጥ፣ በ190 ድርጅቶች ላይ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ከ2014 ዓ.ም. አጋማሽ እስከ 2018 ዓ.ም. መጨረሻ የኦዲት ጥናት ግምገማ መደረጉን ለሪፖርተር ተናግረዋል። በተደረገው የኦዲት ጥራት ምርመራ መሠረት ሁሉም ድርጅቶች ተመሳሳይ አቋም ላይ መሆናቸውን፣ በርካቶቹም የኦዲት ጥራት ስታንዳርዶችን ተከትለው የመሥራት ችግር እንደተገኘባቸው ገልጸዋል። የተጠናከረ የተቋም አደረጃጀት ክፍተት፣ የሰው ኃይል አቅርቦት፣ የአቅም ግንባታ ውስንነት በአብዛኞቹ ድርጅቶች ውስጥ መስተዋሉን ጨምረው አስረድተዋል። የቦርዱ የኦዲት ጥራት ግምገማ ባለሙያ አቶ በርናባስ አያሌው በበኩላቸው፣ በ2014 ዓ.ም. በሦስት፣ በ2015 ዓ.ም. በ22፣...

‘Ramotswa Rapist’ ordered to undergo HIV Test and fingerprinting The man believed to be behind as many as 20 rapes in Ramotswa is now officially a convicted rapist having been found guilty of rape by Extension II Magistrates Court on Wednesday. With Gomolemo Loeto, 38, linked to several other cases, including two more currently before court, he is likely to be an old man by the time he is released from prison. The CT findings behind it are typical of a severe embolism – but as the physician points out, they cannot show why it happened. The same findings can be caused by a lung injury during a panicked ascent by a living diver, or produced afterwards in a body brought rapidly to the surface from depth. Two explanations. Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has directed the immediate closure of the secretariat of the dissolved Ad-hoc Committee on Sales of Federal Government Houses in the FCT. The FCT Administration disclosed this in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Senior Special Assistant to the Minister on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka. The statement read, “Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has directed that the Secretariat of the dissolved Ad-hoc Committee on Sales of Federal Government Houses (SFGH) in the Federal Capital Territory be closed down with immediate effect.” It said Wike “also approved the creation of a division in the Departrment of Land Administration to handle matters relating to sales of Federal Government Houses in the FCT.” The division will take over responsibilities previously handled by the defunct Ad-hoc Committee on Sales of Federal Government Houses.
