【餐飲場所業務法生效】第5/2026號法律《餐飲及相關場所業務法》及其配套法規於2026年7月1日生效。新法旨在貫徹落實“放管服”的簡政放權、放管結合和優化服務的改革創新理念，有助提升跨部門協作效率，為業界提供更便利、透明、可預期的宜商環境。 調整主管實體 早於2022年1月1日生效的第8/2021號法律《酒店業場所業務法》規定酒店業場所內的餐飲場所由旅遊局規管；第5/2026號法律《餐飲及相關場所業務法》則規定酒店外的餐飲場所由市政署規管，而酒店外的舞廳維持由旅遊局規管。 保障順利過渡 為保障業界順利過渡，在新法生效前已獲發准照在酒店外經營的場所維持原有的主管實體，即新法生效前已獲發准照或申請中的餐廳、酒吧和舞廳繼續由旅遊局監管，而飲食及飲料場所亦繼續由市政署監管。相關場所可保持原來的技術要件繼續經營。 簡化場所分類 新法簡化了場所分類，將原有的“餐廳”、“酒吧”、“飲料場所”及“飲食場所”合併為“餐飲場所”，而“舞廳”則維持獨立類別，便利經營者申請准照。 統一電子平台 按照新法規定，日後所有准照申請程序和修改經營方案程序均統一透過電子平台進行。申請人須透過電子平台提交申請及文件，結合審批程序的簡化，當中包括部分“事前”諮詢意見程序改為“事中”和“事後”監管，將有效提高程序效率和縮短審批時間。 優化臨時准照 新法生效後，臨時准照制度亦適用於位於酒店外的舞廳，臨時准照有效期劃一為六個月。 跨部門釋新法 在新法生效前，旅遊局和市政署為業界舉辦了“《餐飲及相關場所業務法》及相關配套法規介紹會”，並聯同土地工務局、消防局、公共建設局及文化局等部門講解所屬範疇的最新要求。旅遊局亦透過公函向所監管的場所闡釋新法重點，協助業界加深理解。 旅遊局將持續與業界保持緊密溝通，在近年陸續出台的《餐飲及相關場所業務法》、《旅行社業務及導遊職業法》和《酒店業場所業務法》的法律框架下，推動優質旅遊服務，促進行業高質量發展，鞏固澳門“世界旅遊休閒中心”的地位。 關於第5/2026號法律《餐飲及相關場所業務法》及配套法規詳情，以及由旅遊局監管的相關場所的申請手續資料，可查閱旅遊局網站：餐飲場所、舞廳。 #餐飲及相關場所業務法 #澳門 #MACAU #MACAO #澳門日報 #澳日 #MACAODAILY ———————————– 更多即時新聞，請下載澳門日報應用程式！ 立即下載：http://go.macaodaily.news/3knr9b 即時關注埋澳門日報其他平台，掌握更多資訊！ Telegram：http://go.macaodaily.news/3l34fb YouTube：http://go.macaodaily.news/3ls72e Weibo：http://go.macaodaily.news/3k7mh2 Instagram：macaodailynews WeChat：澳門日報 Facebook
