South African winger Kobamelo Kodisang is free to join a new club after ending his stay with Mamelodi Sundowns.
The player’s representative confirmed that Kodisang and Sundowns had agreed to terminate his contract by mutual consent, bringing his spell with the reigning African champions to a close.
Kodisang joined the Pretoria club with a strong reputation, but regular playing opportunities proved difficult to secure in a squad filled with established attacking talent. His departure allows him to negotiate directly with interested clubs as a free agent.
The next move will be important for the winger as he looks for consistent game time and a chance to rebuild momentum.
