屯門廢物回收場男工疑被挖泥車撞斃 警改列「誤殺」拘無牌操作員和管工 6月17日下午3時25分，警方接報指一名65歲男工在屯門青磚圍路一個廢物回收場工作時腹部受傷，他被送往屯門醫院搶救，同日下午6時30分證實不治。屯門警區重案組第二隊隨即接手調查，證實姓陳死者是挖泥車操作員，案發現場則是一個營運超過6年的私人廢物回收場，主要處理紙張及銅、鐵等廢物，佔地約20萬呎。陳在上圵工作約6年。 屯門警區刑事總督察莊婉娜今晚表示，警方深入調查後，相信案發時一名男工人在操作挖泥車，不慎撞到正在車後工作的死者。警方聯同政府化驗所人員於現場搜證，以及法醫進一步檢驗後，發現死者腹部位置曾受重物撞擊，以致內出血死亡。死者腹部傷勢位置及形態，初步與現場挖泥車高度大致吻合。 警方懷疑事件涉及操作人員的疏忽，以及現場管理層監管不力，故將案件列為「誤殺」，重案組探員亦在今日早上拘捕兩名本地男子，包括51歲挖泥車操作員，涉嫌未持有有效挖泥車操作證明書去操作挖泥車，並撞倒死者，另一名男子為29歲管工，涉嫌明知該名司機並未持有有效挖泥車操作證明書，仍然容許他在回收場內操作機械。兩名被捕人現被扣留調查，不排除有更多人被捕。 案發當日，勞工處亦有派員到場調查，並隨即向回收場發出 「暫時停工通知書」。警方將繼續聯同勞工處去深入調查案件，並適時向律政司徵詢法律意見。警方重申，若有人為疏忽、監管不力，以致有人嚴重受傷或者死亡，除了直接導致意外發生的前線工人外，管理層亦可能因未能提供安全工作環境或監督不足而負上刑責。 Facebook
