AKU i mbyll aktivitetin kompanisë “SORI-AL”, pasi studentët e Akademisë së Sigurisë u helmuan nga makaronat me Escherichia.Coli Publikuar më 14.05.2026 nga shekulli_admin Autoriteti Kombëtar i Ushqimit (AKU), ka bërë me dije rezultatet e analizave të kryera pas dyshimeve për helmimin e disa kursantëve në Akademinë e Sigurisë në Sauk. Alma Tafani, administratore e Kompanisë Sori AL Sipas njoftimit zyrtar, AKU ka marrë kampionet në nëntë mostra të lëndëve të para dhe produkteve të gatshme ushqimore. Nga analizat e kryera në laboratorin e referencës ISUV rezultoi se tetë prej mostrave ishin brenda normave të lejuara, ndërsa një mostër makarone, produkt i gatshëm i marrë në kuzhinën e Akademisë së Sigurisë, rezultoi jokonforme për shkak të ngarkesës mbi normë me bakteret Escherichia coli dhe Staphylococcus koagulaze pozitive.
