With the incidence of motorcycle crashes and deaths highest among young adults ages 20-24, the National Helmet Wearing Coalition (NHWC) made Dunoon Park Technical High School the fourth stop of its school tour recently, to educate the teens about the dangers of riding without certified headgear. The tour is a deliberate initiative to inculcate the importance of helmet use and road safety among students before they start operating motor vehicles. The NHWC is managed by the JN Foundation. Housing Finance Authority executive over the last year. After a full day of deliberations, the jury foreperson told the court that the panel determined Richardson was guilty of making material false statements to a federal agent, criminal conflict of interest, bank fraud, money laundering and making false statements on a loan application. A sentencing date has not yet been set, and the government did not ask that Richardson be detained ahead of his sentencing.
