2025年2月3日，海基會董事長吳豐山在「2025大陸臺商新年活動」致詞。（記者宋碧龍／攝影）【記者戴德蔓／台北報導】海基會董事長吳豊山3日出席台商活動致詞時表示，在中國大陸的臺商平日在兩岸之間來來去去，如果你們能夠實話實說，自然會變成兩岸交流、對話的最好橋樑；中華民國是個民主國家，民主政治本來就是吵吵鬧鬧的政治，但是只要亂中有序，國家就會在吵吵閣鬧中不斷改善，不斷進步。吳豊山說，在中國大陸的臺商在過去三、四十年間，對中華人民共和國的改革開放做出了很大貢獻，在各國的臺商加總起來，對台灣外貿順差的貢獻大家也有目共睹。吳豊山表示，兩岸交流、對話、和平發展，是兩岸人民福祉的最大保障。海基會是唯一接受政府委託，處理兩岸人民交流事物的機構。根據統計，海基會自成立以來，所做的服務案件已經累積了878萬多件。光是去年一年，服務案件就達30萬4224件。吳豊山提到，最近查閱兩岸交流資料，發現國內正式向政府登記的兩岸交流團體，竟然多達700多個。這些民間團體，有的是縣市性、有的是全國性，而且推動交流的項目從文化、觀光、環保、到醫療、養生、種花養蘭、溫馨家園，可以說琳瑯滿目。吳豊山說，這些民間團體雖然各有想法，各有背景，不過整體而言，排斥機艦擾臺，排斥統戰分化，希望兩岸對等交流，希望臺海和平穩定，在臺灣是人同此心，心同此理。「兩岸分立分治已經76年，76年表示已經走過三個世代。」吳豊山說，兩岸之間，70幾年前，在特定政黨之間，也許有一些恩怨情仇，但隨著時間腳步不斷往前推進，過去總總，都已成為過眼雲煙；兩岸之間今天應該只剩下如何相互理解、相互尊重，進而共同商議如何和平共榮的課題。吳豊山表示，依據他的理解，這也正是總統賴清德一再強調希望兩岸之間「以對話取代對抗，以交流取代圍堵，增進合作」的原因。吳豊山說，在中國大陸的臺商平日在兩岸之間來來去去，如果你們能夠實話實說，自然會變成兩岸交流、對話的最好橋樑；除了祝賀大家新年快樂，祝賀大家事業更興盛發達之外，也要拜託大家，隨時向對岸朝野傳達臺灣人民希望兩岸和平，兩岸共榮的心聲。至於在中國大陸以外的臺商朋友，吳豊山說，要拜託大家，告訴你們駐在國的朝野，「臺灣人民愛好和平，一直與人為善。」吳豊山提及，過去兩個多月，他在海基會招待一些台商團體領導人，其中不少人跟他說，臺灣內部現在好像很混亂，這些朋友這樣說的時候，好像很憂心。今天利用這個機會做個報告，「中華民國是個民主國家，民主政治本來就是吵吵鬧鬧的政治，但是只要亂中有序，國家就會在吵吵閣鬧中不斷改善，不斷進步」。吳豊山說，這當中難免也會生出不肖叛國份子，但這些人都被人民唾棄，甚或判刑入獄。他請大家不必擔心娘家，幾十年來，臺灣都是在吵吵開鬧、政黨攻防、眾聲喧嘩中持續改革進步，並且榮耀地成為全球前段班的國家。 Source link

A US geoscience research company has made a report on the potential discovery of 14 additional oil and gas reserves in South Korea’s East Sea amid an ongoing fossil fuel exploration project in the area.Act-Geo, the US firm behind Seoul’s oil exploration project in the East Sea, recently reported such a possibility to the Korea National Oil Corp.
